Overview & Eligibility Window

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to purchases made via the VIPHOSTPE platform.

  • Request Window: Cancellations/refunds can be requested within 3 days of placing the order.
  • One Refund per Customer: Refunds are limited to one per customer (multiple services or multiple sign-ups do not qualify).
  • Account Standing: Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for Terms of Service (TOS) violations or abuse.
  • Service Quality Check: If our team does not find any service issue from VIPHOSTPE’s side for your Hosting plan, no refund will be made.
Tip: For performance/config issues, contact support first. In many cases we fix the root cause faster than a refund cycle.

Non-Refundable Items & Specific Rules

  • Domains: No refunds on Domain Registration / Renewal / Transfer (registry policies are final).
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Existing product upgrades/downgrades are non-refundable; the user is responsible for the action.
  • Credit Balance: Purchases made from wallet/credit balance are non-refundable.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you already have a product and order a new similar product, the no-refund policy applies.
  • Suspension/Termination: No refund if Service is suspended/terminated due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral use or Account Over-use.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may lead to suspension and additional verification. Please allow us to resolve the issue first.
  • Pro-rated Use: Beyond the 3-day window, partially used terms are not pro-rated unless mandated by law.
  • Data Deletion: Approved refunds may result in service cancellation and data deletion. Take backups before requesting.
  • SLA Credits: For verified downtime, we may offer service credits per our uptime targets instead of cash refunds (where applicable).

Taxes, Fees & Refund Charges

  • Taxes & Fees: We do not refund taxes, transaction charges, or convenience fees.
  • Refund Charge (India): For Indian users, a 20% charge applies on the refundable amount.
  • International: Bank exchange rates and cross-border fees are outside our control and are non-refundable.

Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refund Mode: Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used originally.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.
  • Verification: We may request additional details (order ID, error logs, screenshots, timestamps) to verify the claim.
  • Communication: We will notify you by email when your refund is approved/denied or if we need more information.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@viphostpe.in within 3 days of your order.
  2. Include: Order ID, registered email/phone, service name/plan, and a short description with screenshots/logs (if any).
  3. Our team will diagnose the issue. If it’s on our side and within scope, we’ll attempt a fix first. If unresolved, we’ll proceed as per this policy.
