This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
• VIPHOSTPE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team … (kept as-is).
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days …
• In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
• In case of any refunds approved by VIPHOSTPE, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.

To make this page complete for VIPHOSTPE’s hosting & domain services, the following clauses are added in addition to the Terms above:

• Acceptable Use: No hosting of malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk email, copyrighted content without rights, or any content illegal under Indian law. We may suspend or terminate services for AUP violations with or without prior notice in urgent abuse cases.
• Resource Fair-Use: Shared hosting is subject to fair-usage on CPU, RAM, IO and inodes. Excessive usage impacting platform stability may be rate-limited or migrated to a higher plan upon notice.
• Uptime & Maintenance: We target high availability; scheduled maintenance windows may be announced via status page/email. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice to protect platform security.
• Backups: We may offer courtesy backups; however, customer remains responsible for maintaining independent backups of websites and databases.
• Domains: Domain registration/renewal/transfer depends on registry policies. Keep WHOIS/contact details accurate to avoid suspension. Failure to renew on time may lead to loss of domain.
• Security: You must use strong passwords, enable available security features, and keep applications, themes and plugins updated. Compromised sites may be isolated or suspended until cleaned.
• Payments & Invoices: Plans auto-renew where enabled. Non-payment may result in service suspension and eventual data deletion after the grace period.
• Support Scope: We support platform availability, panel access, DNS, and basic web-server configuration. Custom code, third-party plugins, and application-level bugs are best-effort only.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three (3) months.
